 I. General Return Policy

1. Time Limit

For most Christmas merchandise, customers can make returns within 30days from the date of purchase. This period allows sufficient time for customers to inspect the items after the Christmas season. For example, if an item was purchased on December 10th, and our return period is 30 days, the customer has until January 9th to return the product.

The Christmas merchandise must be in its original condition. This means that all tags, labels, and packaging should be intact. Ornaments should be unused, without any signs of wear or damage.
